Dalian Yushi Wooden Products LLC has completed the next stage of modernization and renovation of production equipment. In the areas for the production of solid wood flooring and multi-layer parquet boards, new automated sanding, intelligent painting and chamber curing systems were introduced with maintaining a constant temperature, which made it possible to further improve the completely closed production system - from the receipt of logs to the warehouse, drying and finishing to packaging of the finished product.

During this modernization, the intelligent temperature control system of the drying chambers was first optimized, allowing precise regulation of the humidity of different types of wood. For major foreign trade species such as Mongolian oak and European oak, individual drying curves have been developed, which effectively reduces the risk of subsequent cracking and warping of floor coverings. The quality of the products is even more adapted to the cold climate of Russia with large temperature differences.

After the new production line was put into operation, the overall processing accuracy of the enterprise and the uniformity of the varnish coating were significantly increased, the production cycle of prototypes was reduced by 30%, and the efficiency of delivering orders in full container lots increased significantly.
