Dalian Yushi Wooden Products LLC has completed the technological development of a bent final profile made of multi-layer solid wood, the new profile material is already included in the list of supplied products. This accessory is primarily intended for areas where conventional straight planks are difficult to fit: the sides of stairs, internal corners of rooms, column cladding. The profile allows you to adjust the bending angle in accordance with the rotation at the installation site, reducing the amount of cutting and joining work on site.
The veneer of the surface layer of the profile is made in the same range with the floor coverings produced by our factory, which ensures a consistent finishing style for the entire room. The base of the profile is made by hot pressing of multi-layered cross-positioned layers; after bending and fixing, the profile has a low degree of reverse straightening and is able to withstand operating conditions with large temperature differences. Products can be supplied alongside base wood flooring such as red oak, white oak and black walnut, with color matching available on request for bulk orders.
