Multilayer parquet boards made of solid wood, due to their high stability, suitability for heated floors and a pronounced advantage in terms of price and quality ratio, have in recent years become a sought-after product for interior and construction projects in Russia and Europe. Quality export multi-layer parquet boards undergo more than ten strict production steps before leaving the factory.
The first stage is the selection of base material. High-quality plywood base is used, and the board's flatness and environmental performance are strictly checked. The second stage is the selection of face veneer. High-grade veneer from European oak, Mongolian oak and other species is selected, and slabs with knots and color defects are rejected. Next, hot pressing technology is used, in which, under high temperature and pressure, the veneer is firmly glued to the base, which guarantees the absence of unsticking. Then follow the stages of grinding and repair - the surface is polished, the smallest defects are eliminated.
After the basic molding is completed, the products enter the surface processing workshop, where various effects can be performed according to customer requirements: brushing, embossing, antique, oil-wax treatment, matte varnish coating. The varnish coating is applied with multiple layers of primer and topcoat, each layer being UV cured to improve wear resistance, water resistance and scratch resistance. Finished products also undergo moisture testing, random environmental controls and protective packaging, after which they are loaded into containers and sent for export. Standardized control of each technological process is a key factor in ensuring the quality of export flooring.
