The new three-layer solid wood parquet board is made according to an improved three-layer structural design. A single solid wood face layer is selected, a high-density stable core board is combined with a balancing bottom layer. Refusal of the complex pattern of layering thin sheets allows optimizing the internal strength structure of the slab while maintaining the texture of solid wood. The veneer of the front layer is carefully selected, the natural wood texture is revealed freely and clearly.
The plate is processed by high-temperature hot pressing and long-term balancing exposure, internal stresses are completely removed. Compared to traditional multilayer slabs, this design is characterized by an even distribution of loads. Under conditions of constant increase and decrease in the temperature of heated floors and seasonal changes in dryness and humidity, it has a higher resistance to deformation; widening of gaps and swelling of the surface do not easily occur on it. The surface of the plate is treated with environmentally friendly wear-resistant coating technology. The varnish film is thin and durable, has excellent color retention ability, and is not subject to fading or whitening with prolonged use.
